USEFUL TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY

Health is wealth and it's only when one falls ill or suffers disability that one comes to terms with the benefit of good health. Good health does not imply one might not catch malaria for mosquitoes remain ubiquitous but even that is avoidable by putting in extra effort in keeping our environments clean and clear of bugs.
